What to expect from the process

  1. Discovery and alignment — A short exploratory conversation followed by a first session to clarify priorities, success criteria and practical constraints.

  2. Goal setting and plan — We translate priorities into a focused development plan with concrete, timebound actions.

  3. Regular coaching sessions — Typically 50 minutes, paced to your needs (weekly, fortnightly or monthly). Each session finishes with 1–3 agreed actions and quick accountability checks.

  4. Midpoint review — We check progress against outcomes, refine the plan and remove barriers.

  5. Sustained change and close — As goals are met we embed new habits, transfer ownership to you and agree next steps or maintenance coaching.
